As a writer for Hackmamba, you will develop compelling DevOps content to guide prospects through every buying stage, reduce support costs through personalized guides, and increase customer retention by making an assigned product easily understandable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical writer in the software/tech industry.
• Experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, APIs, and system architecture.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them understandable in text and images.
